I would like to see a show of hands?
Have you ever visited the Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles?
A) Yes, it's changed my entire persective of the world.
B) Yes and it's all bullshit! Don't believe their lies!
C) Yeah. It was okay. Didn't care that much.
D) No, I haven't been there, but I'd like to go.
E) No, but I don't think I'll ever go.
I choose A, man. That's some serious shit there. I sat crying and gaping in utter horror most of the time.
Those Nazi shitheads. What really irks me, is that nobody did shit about it. Everyone either ignored it or just watched. Even America, Home of the Free and the Brave. "Oh, it's got nothing to do with us. Let them do what they want." ... You assholes. The only reason we stepped in, was because Japan was all, "Hm. America might come in to stop us. Let's drop a omb to scare them out of that!"
....
That didn't work, did it? That just made us pissed and jumped right smack dab into the war. The Nazis, by that time, had pretty much taken over all of Europe. Except for England. Poor guys. Their fault, anyway, though. They gave away some land that wasn't even their's, mind you, so that Hitler would leave them alone. Of course, Hitler changed his mind, there.
We also got a little card with the picture and name of a Jewish person. Every time you ran into a little machine-thingy, you would stick in your card and it would tell you a little about the person on your card. I had gotten this little boy. It was just a little boy. He worked so hard to help his mother with everything and tried to attend school. He was killed at the concentration camps. Wasn't old enough to do any work.
The Nazis had also raided Jewish hospitals to round them all up. They dropped the babies into the truck. From the upper stories. They all died on impact. All the Jewish were required to wear a yellow David's Star on their chest. Imagine how embarrassing that would be. Walking down the street, branded like that, with people poiting and laughing at you! "Hey, look! It's a Jew!" It makes me sick.
Speaking of making me sick, the Nazi propaganda. Have you people ever seen the newspapers and advertisiments and political cartoons? I wanna punch these people in the face. Or the balls. I don't even wanna talk about that. Or the concentration camps.
Though, don't get me wrong, I say Nazi, because I know that not all Nazis were German. I'm not that prejudiced. There were French Nazis, for God's sake. I don't know why that surprised me, but it did. I think South France collaborated witht he Nazis, or something. But the USSR/Russia, whatever it was called back then, was also on the Nazis side, but then Hitler(again) didn't keep his promises. He also went after communists! Oh, joy. The Nazis were after Armenians, Jewish, Communists, and people from the Middle East, I think. IDK. It still pisses me off.
To anyone of you shitheads who are convinced that "the Holocaust never happened" "It's all hollywood!" "they made it up to scare us into sympathy!"
Take a look at these military casualties. Take a look, and tell me that these people never existed. These people were never here. And let me tell you, this isn't even all of the people that died in the concentration camps. These are just the military casualties.

Can you believe that? Some people think that this is all just one joke. They think it's fake. I had the pleasure and the pain of listening to a Holocaust survivor. William Harvey. He said that, as he was leaving the concentration camp and the war was almost over, there were billboards. The billboards said that Hitler didn't do a good enough job. There were still too many Jews. I want to punch something right now. We humans are so intellectual, so smart, so resourseful, yet we still go through this.
points if you know who said any of these quotes:
"An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind."
"Remember never to let one man lower you enough to hate him."
"In the End, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends."
"From the depth of need and despair, people can work together, can organize themselves to solve their own problems and fill their own needs with dignity and strength."
"Although the world is full of suffering, it is also full of the overcoming of it."
"Preservation of one's own culture does not require contempt or disrespect for other cultures."
"I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something; and because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do something that I can do."
"You must be the change you wish to see in the world."
Just something to think about.

lol I was reading a hetalia fic right now, and Sarah Palin, the governor of Alaska, was talking to America about how she keeps seeing this little boy by himself and with no parents at all of her speeches and around her office. It's Alaska, but she doesn't know that xD Anyway, she leaves, and then Russia walks in, and you hear her shout in the hallway: "IT'S THAT GUY I CAN SEE FROM MY HOUSE!!!!"
